EPM: Breakdown Assistance following autoclave fire.
On Wednesday 02nd February 2011 we were called by epm technology group.
At 3:30pm whilst the fire brigade were still on site at epm following a fire at3 pm, we took a phone call, our instructions were quite clear to be there the following day for 6am.
epm are known to be a ‘one to watch’ business within the composite industry. They are also known to be a difficult company to please but once you’re in there, your there for life. So this became Premier Autoclaves Service & Solutions chance to prove our resolve.
This opportunity turned into a once in a life time 45 hours. Even without a signed contract in place between us. Working with epm the next 45 hours we decommissioned and re-commissioned the largest autoclave on site at epm.
In what must be a record breaking effort epm with our site support where operational and back to the same position as at 2:30pm on the 2nd February within 72 hours.
Having proven our services epm then signed a 3 year contract.
