URT: Machinery Move.

We were approached by one of our long standing service customers URT in 2010 to quote for the removal of 2 off existing autoclaves from their facility to a new manufacturing facility in Bognor Regis.

Universal Race Technology Ltd is a specialist composite component and assembly manufacturer based on the south coast of England established in 2001.

Since formation they have rapidly developed a firm customer base producing high quality components for the automotive, aerospace, commercial, marine, motor sport and defence industries.

Due to their continued growth the need was apparent for URT to move to a larger manufacturing facility to facilitate their rapid development.

We worked closely with URT and all other sub contractors to include; transport companies, pipe fitters and electricians to successfully move both autoclaves to the new site completing the works on time and in full.

Both autoclaves and all ancillary equipment were fully de-commissioned, prepped for transportation, delivered to the new site, positioned, re-connected to all utilities, re-commissioned, calibrated and tested before handing them over to production.
